Hey there, I'm Rochanaa, based in Tamil Nadu, India. I am a Google certified UI/UX professional with a passion to create intuitive interfaces for users along with a multifaceted skill set, ranging from leadership and project management to public speaking and collaborative problem-solving.

 

Being creative and passionate was something that was instilled in me from my childhood, especially when I had supportive parents who encouraged me to give my best at everything I liked, from music and dance to roller skating and bungee jumping. Music and dance taught me the art of keeping myself calm and serene while roller skating taught me discipline, determination and dedication. When I think about what these 3 had in common, its the sense of accomplishment. I realized that self-improvement, and zest to learn more drives me to be the best version of myself. It made me HAPPY.  On days like those, I find myself being extra creative with some quilling art, or doodling. I give credit to my imagination and creativity to two other interests, which is video gaming and traveling to an adventurous place. When I'm gaming, I find myself being aware of the surroundings, strategizing my moves, solving problems out of my way and connecting with the protagonist of the story-line thereby increasing my ability to solve problems from different perspectives, to look for minute details that could help solve the bigger picture.

I often find myself being appreciated for the leadership. My approach is rooted in empowering others to thrive and excel as Bill Gates once said, "Leaders will be those who empower us". I believe in fostering a collaborative environment where each individual's strengths are not only recognized but actively harnessed for collective success. Leading by example, I prioritize open communication, encourage innovative thinking, and provide unwavering support to the team that I am a part of. Embracing a collaborative mindset is at the core of my professional ethos. Finding joy in teamwork, I thrive in environments where collective strengths merge to tackle intricate challenges.
